Hello. Welcome to Onekawa Curtains and Blinds. We operate one of the larger workrooms in the Hawke's Bay Area. Our expertise covers the whole range of window treatments, soft furnishings as well as all styles of fabric blinds, wooden, venetian, vertical and cedar blinds etc.
We welcome commercial contracts, including supply and installation of tracks, various brands. We manufacture for some of the better known retailers in this area, working with them to provide clients with the best product available.
The team here at Onekawa consists of myself (Shirley), 3 fulltime machinists, 3 part time workroom assistants, and an independant installer, Tim.
Most of our work involves the day to day draperies. We specialise in the Art Deco styles, especially the authentic Swags and Tails of yesteryear.
We have introduced the Smocking style of window "Toppers" as recently on display in a Liberty Store in London.
Fabric samples are available for your perusal. We are also happy to manufacture using client's own fabric.
